On Thursday March 30 we will have the James Beard Award winner (outstanding baker) Don Guerra from Barrio Bread as a guest speaker in the gen-ed class PHYS200, "The science of good cooking". Don is among the very best (if not the best) baker of bread west of the Mississippi. Better, he usually brings samples of his bread for tasting to his lecture. If that is not enough reason to attend, I don't know what is.
