UA Physics Students and Faculty at Chips and Wafers Semiconductor Summer Camp

UA Physics grad students John O'Brien, Carter Eckel, Garett Reichenbach, and Kudzai Musarandega, under the mentorship of Dr. Weigang Wang, spent a day at "Chips and Wafers," a summer camp for high school students focused on familiarizing the students with career opportunities in the growing semiconductor industry. Dr. Wang and his students helped introduce the principles and technology of semiconductor physics with an entertaining array of hands-on activities and demonstrations.
