The University of Arizona has been recognized for its exceptional research and teaching programs in the physical sciences, tied for No. 50 globally and No. 24 in the U.S. in Times Higher Education's World University Rankings by Subject 2025. The university's rise of 15 spots from the previous year reflects strong performance in industry partnerships and research quality.
