How narrow is the M87* ring? Geometric modeling for the Event Horizon Telescope The Early Career Scientist Talk series is a friendly informal forum to: 1) allow our Early Career scientists working on Astronomy/Planets/Cosmology to showcase their amazing science; 2) provide a platform for grad students and postdocs to practice job talks in front of a technical crowd with diverse research interests and receive feedback from faculty, and other researchers; and 3) form a new bridge between Astronomy, Physics, and LPL that will allow us to learn what are fellow researchers are working on in other departments and to increase interaction and cross-fertilization.
